Business Situation
In order to increase the market share of its flagship brand in Canada, the manufacturer introduced a new online consumer loyalty program.
Mandate
Facilitate the introduction of loyalty program and generate pre-launch registrations with the targeted audience at two strategic consumer fairs, one in Toronto and the other in Montreal.
Solution
Following the introduction of the loyalty program and live sign-up (using mobile devices), consumers were invited to have a picture taken with their baby. An e-mail greeting was then sent to consumers with that picture and a certain number of Loyalty Bonus Points.
Results
• 3,301 onsite registrations
• 98% of registrants opened the follow-up email and clicked through the loyalty site
• 97% of registrants agreed to be contacted by the brand for future promotional offers
